Discover step by step how Cuimani Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced and certified:

Harvesting
We harvest only the best olives from high-altitude plantations in Sicily to ensure the highest levels of vitamin E and polyphenols (antioxidants) in your bottle.

Transport and Milling
Once the olives are harvested, they are milled within 3 to 6 hours in order to maintain the highest level of freshness. This helps us to have low levels of acidity, which means higher quality.

Storage
Air, light, and extreme temperatures are the worst enemies of olive oil. We store the freshly milled olive oil in air-tight silos with controlled temperature to preserve its high quality.

Quality Control
Our olive oil passes through more than 200 tests to ensure its quality and levels of nutrients, and we strictly follow the IGP SICILIA procedure of traceable production.

Bottling
We offer our olive oil exclusively in bottles and containers that protect it from light and temperature. We only use sustainable materials, such as glass.

Traceability System
Every bottle that we produce contains a unique Tracking ID which contains all the information related to your purchase.

We track every step from harvesting to bottling
Each bottle of CUIMANI Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from certified Sicilian producers. For each bottle we produce, we know the exact location of the plantation, the producer, the place in which your olive oil has been stored, and the dates of bottling and shipping. Our production strictly follows the IGP standards of certified origin.
Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Superior quality made in Italy
Producing our certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the highest supply chain standards is not easy. But we believe it is necessary to protect you from inferior products, which are often treated with chemicals to add artificial flavour, or pesticides. We also know that explaining how olive oil production works is not easy, so we have developed this infographic to help you understand our complete process!
